I'm the product manager for an AI tool that speeds up homologation, the work of certifying a vehicle against the regulations of each market it ships into. I own the product vision and roadmap, and I spend most of my time between the engineering team building the tool and the clients using it. The tool uses AI to map regulations to requirements to test cases, so software-defined vehicles can get to market faster and stay compliant as they update over the air.
Creative systems thinker.
Solutions architect for the enterprise.
Product manager for the AI era.
I help companies figure out their AI strategy: which agents to build, and how to tie them to business outcomes instead of optimizing one function at a time. The goal is AI investment that generates real value, not investments chasing hype. I've spent my career building systems where software meets physical operations, across automotive, high tech, healthcare, food & beverage, and aerospace & defense. Right now I'm the product manager for an AI tool that helps software-defined vehicles get certified for market.

Featured work
Three projects I've helped build, from vehicle certification to the factory floor.
I helped design the Agentic Cascade™ by Deloitte and now help take it to market. It's a framework for figuring out which AI agents a company should actually build, starting from the business outcome instead of from whichever function looks easiest to automate. I use it with clients to put structure around their AI investments, so the money goes toward things that can show a return.
Agentic Cascade™ is a trademark of Deloitte.
I led delivery of a factory asset intelligence program for a global foodservice manufacturer on the ThingWorx platform. My team installed and configured sensors across the production lines, and we turned that data into live dashboards the plants used to track machine health and overall equipment effectiveness. The program improved OEE by more than 10% and helped the client avoid $25M in capital expenditure.
